About Travis

Travis McGaughy is a highly motivated, top-producing real estate Broker specializing in residential luxury real estate sales in Honolulu and Oahu throughout. His former experience as a Division 1 collegiate athlete and business owner undoubtedly contributes to his success and to the success of his clients. Travis' tireless work ethic, superior customer service, round-the-clock availability, on-point marketing techniques, negotiation skills, and detailed knowledge of the housing market are second to none. At a young age, Travis began working summers for his father's landscaping company learning the value and satisfaction of putting in a "hard day's work". Those skills paid off when Travis owned and operated a successful landscape construction company at the age of 25. These experiences coupled with his passion for real estate and endless care for others have been the foundation of his business.

 

Travis' background in project management, renovation, development, and investment provide priceless value for his clients to make sound buying and selling decisions. Over the years, not only has Travis learned what he wants in a home but what others want as well. Having clients that bought and sold in nearly every neighborhood in metro Honolulu, including Howard Hughes' Ward Village's Luxury buildings, affords Travis a deeper understanding of matching individuals and families with properties that best suit their needs.

 

Travis is proud to live, work, and play in the Kahala community. In his free time, Travis enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling, dining out, and competitive team sports. Travis is also an active member in the Iolani School community as an Alumni and Parent.
